"The grass was terrible" really gets to me. It's the same grass for both sides! You need to adapt to your environment, not the other way around. If the grass is cut longer/shorter than you'd like, or dryer/wetter than you're used to, that still doesn't really change anything.

Actually, the grass takes it, in my book. Sometimes ref decisions can bum you out.
When they point at the crowd or when they begin to criticize a good performance from the refs is when I start to laugh.
