Perfect record coaches Empty Perfect record coaches

Which up and coming coaches do you know that have a perfect record? I define perfect record, as reaching the expectations of their clubs (almost) every season.

There's off course Pep Guardiola, but we all know about him and he has only managed for 4 seasons.

In Spain there are two other coaches with an almost perfect record:

Unai Emery: Very young coach who has reached or surpassed their team expectations every season. Debuted with Lorca, who unexpectedly promoted from 2aB to 2a and almost promoted them to 1a. Then he promoted Almeria to 1a, and at 1a and they became the second best promoted team ever in 1a. Switched to Valencia the 08/09 campaign, which was his poorest one, finishing 6th, but it can be considered reaching expectations as Valencia was almost relegated the previous season and they went part of the season without paying their players. Since then, he has qualified Valencia for the CL every season.

Marcelino Toral: Also achieved promotion with Recreativo to 1a and led them to a very good finish there. Reached UEFA with Racing, something they didn't manage in 10 years or more. Promoted Zaragoza to 1a in 08/09 and was unjustly fired at the begining of the 09/10 season. He was then hired to save Racing from relegation in 2011 and he did so. Now he has a big challenge at a very declining Sevilla, where IMO if he places them top 7 he will have reached their expectations.

Any other ones in other leagues?

Andre Villias Boas

Came to Academia durring the season at a time where they were comming dead last and hadnt notched one win and their manager had just been fired. He ended up guiding them to 11th place, 10 clear fo the drop zone

Went on to porto where he wet undefeated in the league, winning all but 2 games (i think he may have lost on the group stage if the EL to bestikas) and ended up winning the league, the cup and the EL

Then moved to chelsea and......

Well, almost perfect (failed 2 seasons at Chelsea and 1 at Madrid), but he is well known, not so known coaches.

Was he really expected to come first with Madrid though last year from people besides Madrid fans and the year he didn't win the league at Chelsea he won both Cup competitions in England.

I don't think he has a perfect record btw. I think last season what was his blemish wasn't not really the whole season but the 5-0 loss it is too big to overlook.

Only one I can think of is Villas Boas who has a perfect record.

Perfect record coaches Arsenal-49-games-unbeaten-453x340

But really, he's reached CL qualification which is what the board is satisfied with for more than a decade straight.

And yes, with crap squads and all.
