Juventus just need to pony up his release cause and that would be that. I think he would play without any UCL football once they have intentions of qualifying (It's Juve, they bound to make a UCL soon).

I'm reading a report on AS that Man City are thinking of a swoop for Kun. They're obviously unmatched financially and would have no problem with the clause, but I'm still with my initial opinion.

Mancini was moaning about "Sanchez only wants to go Barca" so City are definitely looking for some attacking players and it would be easy for them to hijack Agüero since money is not a problem for them.
