Re: Breaking Bad
- Spoiler:
- That was without doubt the best episode of any series I've ever seen in my life. It was incredible cause you really can't expect ANYTHING anymore, so many twists and turns.
The first scene really showed how far this show has come. Walt was such a bad liar when he first started off cooking meth, and now he's a totally changed character. His words to Jesse about Jane was a eye opening moment and really killed any relationship they might have had left.
Jesse is totally screwed though, now that Walt's gone, he's going to be chained up for a while just cooking meth just to keep Andrea and Brock safe.
The irony of Jesse being Todd's bitch
About Hank's death > He's part of that new show under the Dome and he asked the creator Gilligan to kill off his character early in the season, but Gilligan said his character was too important to kill of right away. So I don't think his new show had anything to do with his death in BB.

Re: Breaking Bad
Holy shit what an episode
Sucks that Walt takes the blame for everything he doesn't do though
Him & Jesse
Also, Hank is alive ffs he's just hiding
But nah, I thought Hank would die. Just not in this shootout.
Walt taking the blame for Hank on the phone killed me ffs.

Re: Breaking Bad
Greatest TV drama of all time. The acting, storytelling, directing, writing, characters, development, just utterly out of this world. The contrast between the two phone calls in the opening scene and the last scene. Them feels. The family drama was perfectly executed. Walt taking the blame for the one thing he did not do, god the irony.
At the end Walt at least protected his family somewhat. That phone call, he knew the cops were there, so he put on an act as an abusive husband to support the story of Skyler living in fear. He did what he had to do to keep her out of jail and Skyler knew that. The tears on both of them knowing that this is most likely the last conversation they will ever have, amazing acting.
Walter White lost. His family is torn apart, his son despises him, he has a fraction of his once vast wealth, he is on the run from the law with cancer, his meth empire is run by a bunch of Nazis who are blackmailing his surrogate son and he is all alone. Two episodes, now we all have to brace ourselves for the end.
Oh and one more thing

That was genuine from Walt, he always considered Jesse as a surrogate son. He decided to give Jesse advice that would be best for all parties involved. Knew that the ricin would bite Walt back hard, just a matter of time till the Jane revelation, what goes around will always come around in this show. BTW is Walt Jr in the house?
- Spoiler:
He didn't kill Jane though. He just didn't save her. Besides I don't see how that'll be revealed.

Re: Breaking Bad
- Spoiler:
- Is there any proof that Walt actually has cancer? In the flashback it didn't seem like he was sick, e.g., he had a full head of hair. I think he was lying about the cancer so that Hank felt there was no reason to pursue Walt.
I caught last nights episode this morning and plan on watching it again before I share my thoughts.

Re: Breaking Bad
What feels so predicteable about it? I still think some exciting stuff can happen, personally I believe Marie is going to kill herself. All that googling about toxics to use against Walt and instead she is going to use some toxic to kill herselfRebaño Sagrado wrote:I liked the last episode but I feel these last two will be very predictable.

Walt loses his 11m, comes back to get some from Uncle Jack, sets Jesse free, Jesse kills Walt/Walt dies of his cancer?Rebaño Sagrado wrote:I liked the last episode but I feel these last two will be very predictable.
Still can't quite place who the ricin is for. Himself?
That would be the most 'predictable' course of action. Don't think it will look much like that.

Re: Breaking Bad
Dont think he cares that much about his money anymore but I think Walt will go after the nazis anyway, maybe when they go look for the tapes Jesse made at Hanks house and they walk in on Marie and Walt's family and they are murdered. Then walt goes to seek revenge but dies by either the nazis/jesse or he commits suicide and takes the ricin like you said.

Re: Breaking Bad
my friend said he thinks the ricin will be for that lydia chick since she's drinking tea like everytime she appears..good shout imo but I don't know how much of a role she could have in the next two episodes.

Re: Breaking Bad
Dunno Lydia is just getting meth to sent to Eastern Europe, doesn't seem like Walt could have much of a beef with her. Consdiering Walt quit and 'wronged' her anyway.

Walts going to go after the nazis and they are the ones who cook for her.
