13m? I thought Chelsea had an £18m bid turned down earlier.

Scratch that, we apparently got him for just £10.4M.

The Guardian reported that Anderlecht wanted a down payment of 13m pounds, but we wanted to decrease the down payment offer but offer higher add ons. The down payment and add ons things has been confirmed by various sources, and since many of them are claiming that I tend to believe that is right because I don't think we would be ready to splash out 18m+ that quickly. However, as their general manager noted, we wanted to pay less than that and now Belgium papers are saying that the down payment fee was negotiated down to just 10.4m pounds, but with higher add ons of course. This was most probably done because Lukaku's former club were having financial issues and wanted to get something out of Lukaku's deal instead of nothing. The add ons could rise up by 8m, thus making the final price tag 18m pounds.

Bargain indeed although I'm not super excited lets hope he proves me wrong
