i believe it's saved videos that an algorithm just throws out randomly and not live-time videos... the submit button, although i haven't tried it yet myself, leads me to believe anyone across the world can submit their video too

i find those online photo editing programs too complicated with too many buttons and features that it just turns me off... on my phone i use PicsArt for photo editing, simple and has all the most important features, and Canva for logo-making/poster-making
