hmm, some reviewers bashing Todd Phillips for not critically and methodically handling the subject matter of the Joker film. Some even say he is accommodating incel culture in his handling of the story.

Loved it. It’s a very beautiful, philosophical and human science fiction film. Can understand how it might not appeal to everyone though

Kind of Interstellar. But much less overtly emotional and less action.

Haven’t seen high life but I’d guess it’s more in that vein. Stylistically and not narratively though.
