It's when they claim Toni Kroos is 'in on the plans' and that he gave a recommendation to Salihamidzic. Because Kroos has a nonexistent relation to Bayern, he wasn't socially integrated in the team even when he was still our player, and certainly noone from Bayern talks to him about anything these days. Of all ex players, or any players really lol, surely Kroos is the one furthest away from communication with Bayern, let alone being confided into plans to change a manager.
