Whats this 'its all in your head' nonesense? Its all in my head that everyone goes with a buddy, its in my head that i never see someone sitting alone? Its in my head that the seats are even based?

It's in your head because while yes, going to movies with another person is the social norm, nobody gives a flying *bleep* if you're there alone. Nobody is going to judge you.

If you can get past that you don't need to follow the social norm, it's fine. It will be weird the first couple times and I admitted as much for me, simply because it isn't the norm. However once I've done it a couple times past that, it became comfortable.

tl;dr There is a stigma associated with going to films alone but if you can get past the stigma yourself, you'll be fine. In reality, nobody cares.

ES is right tbh, it's completely designed for people to go in groups of 2 at a bare minimum.

Nothing to do with what people think of you.

Just went to the cinema alone again.

Saw Stronger. A solid 3.5/4 out of 5. Jake with one of the best performances of the year as expected.

He’d only made hits until now. Seems fishy overall.
Not a good year for Scandinavian directors.

The Dark Tower, Flatliners, pirates of the C, The Snowman.

At least one of our best ones made two episodes of Mindhunter.

So I'm just going to put this out there... after several months of hearing about what a GOAT movie WotPotA is, especially on GL, I saw it and was incredibly underwhelmed. Felt very average and like a money grab.

CGI was incredible though, apes felt truly human. Everything else though... meh

@Freeza no logical rationale behind it.

Think RG was the only one that hyped it, i gave it a 4/10 which is what i felt it deserved

I thought it was great. Better than the first and not as good as the second. Loved how slow and well crafted it was and the character work was amazing. Felt the ending was too deus ex machina like. They could've solved the war a better way imo.

Same as Freeza. I thought it was really good. I liked most summer movie better than it though like Big Sick, Dunkirk, Baby Driver, Spiderman Homecoming.

Feel RG overrates the trilogy overall
