He is a good manager, but not a great one. If Inter had been more patient, both he and Inter would be better off today. As it is, sacked from both Inter and Real has made it improbable that he could get a big job in Spain or Italy. 2nd division UK is a bit of an embarrassment for a manager at his level though.

Newcastle will bounce straight back up. No doubt about it now. Benitez was turning things around, they went like 5 or 6 games undefeated towards the end of the season, would've stayed up had they appointed him earlier.

I expect them to carry that form onto next season.
