Both clubs will be given enough time to sign new players in the summer before the ban comes into effect.
This is a bogus ban which actually aids the teams than crippling them.
It's all a pile of crap no wonder it's not getting much attention around here.
If they use the same process as Barca, surely the appeal will be denied before July?
I can't see Atleti, at least, wanting to risk it. Real may be able to get into the summer window, if they are lucky.

Tax frauds, transfer bans, corrupt referees and Perez buying the whole league. Unbelievable stuff
I agree the tax frauds, transfer bans are an issue, but as to the other two, this is not Italy, you been following harmonica's BS too long.
Yup this is Spain, where legal authorities order you to destroy evidence (:
i feel like i'm the only one who had a problem with the judge calling for those blood samples to be destroyed. the whole thing was very sketchy, but it just went under the radar. it was practically treated by journalists like it never even happened

I'm not as sure as you about that point. We could very well get our appeal rejected from both FIFA and the CAS before summer.

I think some of the other inferior leagues are reporting Spanish giants because they cannot compete with LA liga. In all three cases there has been anonymous reports abotu the transfers.
All hail the superior LA liga.

De Gea is on a 5 year contract just signed, we will bend Madrid over again and for more this time if they attempt to come back.
Plus I thought Madrid fans didn't even want DDG and Navas is now the greatest thing since prime Casillas?

I wouldn't rule it out.
You know what's really irritating? The fact that FIFA needed a night whisperer to get off their lazy behind and do their job.

Apparently more LaLiga teams are being investigated now. Somebody does not like Spain's dominance in Europe.....

Yeah because that's the reason
Get over yourselves You are being investigated because you are breaking rules, besides only Barca have been dominating

Sevilla besides by dominating i meant consistently amongst the last 4.
PL are about to lose their fourth spot if they dont do better in Europe. What better way is there to do that by putting in anonymous tip offs to get these clubs investigated

Re: Official: Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid handed two window transfer ban.
Yeah i'm sure we care about that
No one investigated clubs for no reason in the past when we dominated or when Italy dominated etc etc.
You are being investigated for breaking rules, also if it were the case why are they going after Atleti lol? Stop being so unbelievably precious lol.

It's not like FIFA need any tip offs on player transfers, they know about all the transfers anyway, including the players' ages.

La Liga fans, you are breaking rules that's why you're being investigated...not because you are "dominant"
stay within the rules and you won't get investigated, has nothing to do with success on the pitch.
Victim La Liga big bad EPL trying to screw us over

Re: Official: Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid handed two window transfer ban.
i guess you haven't heard, there are 5 other european teams, some of which are EPL being investigated!!! yOu should be careful of your statements, it may well happen to your team as well.
Nonetheless, there are details that just aren't correct (such as Zidane's kids) that make an appeal viable. This isn't the same as the Barca ban. in that one, they didn't appeal on breaking rules, they appeal saying they were within the intent of the rules (whatever that might mean) and that the penalty was too harsh. aLso they had advance notice, none of this applies in the two Madrid cases.

No one said they wasn't. It was the preposterous comments about only investigating because we are dominating comments which were ridiculous.

It isn't automatically. It was a coincidence in Barca's case (good timing). The announcemen of the ban came in April and Barca appealed end of April so it took until August for a decision which meant Barca could sign in July. In Madrid's case the ban has been announced in January. There is no reason why your appeal should take half a year (until the summer window opens) to evaluate.

futbol wrote:S wrote:This is a nothing ban really because you know Madrid will spend €500m before it comes into effect
I doubt it. Barca could do that because the ban was announced in April. So it took until August until CAS made a decision which put the ban on hold. This one is announced in January. I don't see how Madrid can drag it out until July for 6 months. If they appeal now the decision will be before the transfer window opens. Especially now that a precedent is set with Barca.
Next time please listen to me and stop believing in fairytales.
Utter garbage ban.Actually i wouldnt even call it a ban more like a boon.
