Yeah, it's the only one since the original i genuinely hate.

Despite all the hatred surrounding Unity and 3 i really enjoy them and they do some things really well. There's something about AC games, exploring forgotten places and people in history that's really appealing to me. Even if sometimes the mission structure and game play is bad and story is a mess.

Revelations was good. I enjoyed it. Ezio and Altair made up for it being a reskin of Brotherhood with bombs and hookblade.

Out of curiosity, has anyone played/tried Syndicate?

Ironic considering it didn't sell well and there apparently won't be one this year.

Just going on what i have read around the internet really, most people seem to think it's really good but i have no idea what they thought of Unity or the rest of the franchise to compare.

Just reading thoughts from forums and critics really in isolation. As for Fallout i get the feeling most of the criticism stems from it's really just a better visually Fallout 3, people had higher expectations than that and it didn't seem to meet them so they act like it's meh.

For that reason i can't really get into it either, i think i need to accept that Bethesda doesn't make the type of RPG i like and i'll have to wait for Mass Effect.

jk aside DICE need to get back from their holiday asap and get on with the patches. Rebel are now winning WA in round 2 most of the times and even saw my team once win it at the first round in ENDOR

People now just fly the wings and destroy people from start to finish TIE fighters is a joke & almost no one bothers taking it

also the game really needs more content lol

I didn't take it with me, no point as i was only playing single player stuff.

But yeah before i went away the whole A-Wing domination shit was REALLY pissing me off. Tbh i enjoyed the game a lot more before all the patches.

It's also cause at third stage there's no imperial aircraft lol

In their tirade in trying to balance everything to stop people crying they have made it more imbalanced than ever imo.

I feared this, a lot of the time when a developer makes a game they don't mean a lot of good stuff that happens and when they " correct it " the game gets worse.

Some of the best Multiplayer games i have ever played were pure accidents lol. I hate today's way of patches tbh, any time someone is just shit at the game the result is " that's OP and must be fixed "instead of just get better scrub lol in the mean time making the game not fun.

Imagine what would have happened if CoD 4 and MW2 were actually " fixed " lol.

played it a bit when i got my vita but thought it was w/e

I disagree tbh as like everything there are bad games lol.

I played Bastion but not Transistor, I played a lot of indie games in the 360 era though. Done less so far on PS4 and I don't even know why.

I have said before when most of GL was seemingly against them that there are a lot of good ones out there just because their production values are not always insanely high doesn't mean they are bad.

Watching my brother play GTA 5 on PS4 and I forgot how amazing it was. I'm tempted to jump back in it.

The stretch of missions when you first start of as Trevor, holy shit And the first heist too, Jesus Christ. Not to mention the open world, best open world along with Red Dead imo when it comes to non RPG games.

Also the ads on the streets One iPhone ad had something like "3% thinner, 1% faster, 30% more expensive" Satire is on point. The dialogue and one liners are very well written too.

The way the first height linked was amazing. Remember being hyped about it since it was unusual to link 3 different scenes into one in gaming without any loading time.

I was playing it over christmas and i disliked the mission scructure/design tbh, most of it is unavoidable due to how it's mostly set ups for heists and you can't really get around that.

Of course the Heists make it all worthwhile so you get the pay off in the end.

Agree on the open world comment though, it's amazing and to be frank i don't even think the non-RPG qualifier is necessary. Really fail to think of an open world which matches it in terms if it's world and structure which isn't meaningless bullshit.
