will there be press conferences and stuff for PSX? can't remember it from last year

yeah if this is at 2am I doubt I'm bothering, heard it was alright but nothing amazing last year

I will be mad if MGSV cleans up at the game awards tbh

should only be in contention for best gameplay

It's in contention for Best Action/Adventure and it's competition is Tomb Raider, Arkham Knight and Ass Creed.

Without playing i would think it's favourite there. hmm

I don't see how games like TW3 and Bloodborne aren't classed as action/adventure tbh

one of my gripes with most award shows in gaming, they seem to bend categories to make sure that everything major is a winner for maximum publicity/relations or something

Spike GOTY has always been a big deal. I remember GL crying highway robbery when GTA 5 won two years ago Proud

No one actually cares about the awards tbh, they happen every year in various different publications as the gaming industry can't decide on one actual one event like films. Laughing

It's more a thing because they are showing new stuff.

GTA5 not winning would have been surprising. GTA is one game which rarely anyone dislikes.

Probably the most universally liked series.
