It's not Spain v Belgium, it's Belgium v Spain. Kinda important in this case to indicate correctly the place where it was going to be played.

And the Belgian police seems super-busy investigating terrorism right now, so it's just a sensible call to cancel this game and not add it to the police's worries, no matter what the risk level is.

I corrected the title.

And yeah, I think the Belgian police have enough to do investigating. After all, some of the terrorists came from some area near Brussels and at least one of the attackers is supposedly still at large, possibly in the Brussels area, IIRC.

A "suspicious suitcase" was found in Hannover's stadium. Fans have been evacuated and the game postponed.
