Though it is held in US, so maybe there'll be refereeing in the Copa America first time in it's 100 years history.

No one even knows if the CA Centenary will be held this year. It pretty much can't happen in the US because of the FBI investigation, and being 9 months away there seems to be no back up plan. Besides, many teams will dilute their squads with the olympics (Brazil especially, since they're hosts).
