I dunno, I won't pretend I have seen Lacazette aside from Youtube because well it's Ligue 1 and nobody got time for that Laughing
harry kane = GOAT. cheers

would you like me to lie and claim I watch every league and every match and have watched every player since they were 6 years old playing in a park like some posters? Laughing

and the difference between Lacazzette vs Kane to Ilori vs Stones is that Lacazette and Kane are owned by 2 clubs in different leagues, where as Stones vs Ilori are owned by 2 clubs in the same league, but one is not seen as good enough for the PL yet by there club, while the other is Laughing and Stones is a year younger and seen as good enough already..he is further ahead in his development then Ilori is at a younger age

One is playing for relegation fodder Everton, the other for Liverpool. DiMaria must be worst than Downing since he couldn't start for ManYoo while Downing started all season for West Ham.

I see John Stones the same way I see Varane: really huge potential to be a legit world class defender. I think he'll do well if he stays at Everton or moves to a more demanding club like Chelsea or Utd.

Not to be too technical but Rio was already an established defender when Utd bought him.

Anyway on topic, I really do rate Stones. Like I already said probably the only Everton player I rate and like. Rate him more than I rate that scrub Barkley.

lol @ the Stones hype in the summer eco smile

He's been something like in the bottom-10 or 15 CBs in the Prem this season. Just cost directly another goal to Everton and poor defending in the second Swansea goal, too.

True, Smalling has been great this season. But Phil Jones still is disappointing compared to the hype when you paid £18m to frigging Blackburn for him :coffee:

But my main point is that Stones has been crap. If I were the Chelsea scout who told the club it's a good idea to offer £30m-40m for him, I'd be frigging embarrassed right now. Or if I posted something like this on the internet:

With Pep guidance he will shore up his defending, still years (22) before his prime Proud

Like I've said, he's a shit defender and always will be. Hasn't got a defender's mindset. One of those guys who would play in midfield if they were 5 cm shorter.
