For the first half hour or so they were playing the ball forward to hazard really early so he could run into space, I don't know why they're not doing that now

Does away goals count in extra time?

Deserved that result, deserved to go out. Played not to win and accomplished that. Considering the importance of the match, considering the [bogus] early sending off, considering it was at home, considering we've had over of week of rest, considering our advantage going into it, I can say confidently that was our worst performance of the season. It may usually pay its dividends, but Mourinho's negativity has at last come back to bite us tonight.

That is debatable. We were at a disadvantage playing 10 players against 11. Ramires was one of them today.

Re: Champions League - Chelsea vs Paris Saint-Germain
You should of won this game you had the lead twice against 10 men. You must be gutted.
Anyway. What has happened to the English clubs in this competition were embarrassing ourselves out there specially Arsenal and Chelsea. Alright maybe Arsenal even more losing 1-3 to Monaco but you get what I'm saying.
It will take something incredibly special for an English team to be in the Q/F now.

Re: Champions League - Chelsea vs Paris Saint-Germain
Disappointed.
They were only ever going to score from a corner
Also, today, it would have been nice if we had a competent 4th choice CB, as Terry looked very tired.
Let's go win the league, now, shall we?

Re: Champions League - Chelsea vs Paris Saint-Germain
Didn't deserve to win, once he took Matic off for Zouma we were asking for pressure like always.
He makes these subs all the damn time, works like against the fodder teams maybe but time and time again vs top teams it doesn't happen.
Why did Cesc stay on the pitch was invisible and what does Cuardado need to do to get some game time, I wanted him to take off Cesc for Juan and stick Willian in the middle or something. But Mou gonna Mou.

I hated seeing Drogba come on, the pace of either Remy or Cuadrado could have been deadly.
