Some poor choices. My ideas -

Dublin or Glasgow out - Stadio Dragao Portugal in
Zenit out - Warsaw or Kiev in (who gives Russia anything these days.. ffs)
Baku out (what) - Stockholm Friends Arena in
Rome, Olympico out - New Roma stadium in

Now we would need a stadium in Greece, Turkey

There were 19 bids for the group game/knockout round package. The six that weren't selected were Belarus (Minsk), Bulgaria (Sofia), Macedonia (Skopje), Israel (Jerusalem), Sweden (Stockholm) and Wales (Cardiff).

So Portugal, Greece and Turkey didn't bid, apparently. Poland hosted Euro 2012 (along with Ukraine) and France will host Euro 2016, so no surprise they weren't involved here.

are we sure Roma will have new stadium in that 2020?

Anyway ... I would have chosen San Siro, Milano and  not Roma . For more reasons
