Hes a manchester based journo who works for a reputable broadsheet, in an era when the press seem to know every *bleep* thing about our club. For some reason, it seems OP thinks PSG are not good enough/not high enough standing to bid for a Man Utd player of this calibre...no idea why that's the thought process but yeah.....

Sounds like a plan...Bidding for Messi, Pogba and now Januzaj... They seem to play in positions that PSG need to immediately improve...
