The Official Mata Poll

Ok so I figure we should actually start discussing this like men instead of denying it. What should happen to Mata.

I know we all believe that he should be starting, it isn't going to happen though so my question is, when, who to and how much for should we sell Mata OR should we let him rot on our bench?

I am off the opinion that if we are to sell him, it should be for the maximum amount of money possible, nothing less than 30m pounds. I also believe that should we get that offer in Jan, we should sell then, if we do not, then wait till summer.

I will shed a tear the day he leaves the club.

What I'd like to be the case, in order of most preferential to least:



1. Mata stays; in the first team
2. Mata stays; rotation player
3. Sell Mata to highest bidder outside of England



Not saying either 1 or 2 will ever happen, but if I had one wish that'd be it



Most likely, he'll be around for the remainder of the season then be sold in the summer, likely to PSG or back to Spain. And I shall cry the tears of a thousand mourning men

I would agree with that, mate. Sadly 1 and 2 are unlikely.

The whole thing is just depressing
