lol i got 15 negative reps yesterday within two minutes, and i wasnt trolling anybody or anything.. i think some people are just having fun with it.. it gets a little annoying. but then again who'll listen to me when i have -23 rep lol..... i like the positive thing better, like the old kudos system, it motivates people to be nicer and to post nice, intelligent things..
this negative rep creates conflicts..

I do want negative votes to exist, it is kind of funny.
No one should get too butthurt over receiving a neg rep anyway, although users with a negative rep should be able to vote... Although that would lead to a troll-explosion, possibly.

I do think we should be able which comments we get rep for. I've been a huge nerd, trying to trace back posts which got me a positive reputation, and it often fails.

The reputation system is still activated.

I just removed the Status from view as it's no longer needed.

Whats wrong with the rep system, it made trolls easy to spot for newbies on this forum, now they can troll their hearts out without the troll tag sticking under their avatar, please bring it back.

I really liked the rep system Sad

Having that rep proved I was not a troll poster, and people genarlly debated with me knowing they can benefit, and that I would give credit where it is due. Although not always, the rep gave an idea of the quality of the poster. Although a couple of good posters were targeted badly (Lionel Messi).
