That second goal he scored was fantastic today. Looks a good prospect.

The difference between this year and last year is that now Lingard has shown more maturity in his play and this can be easily observed if you simply watch him how he reacts and how he adapts on the situations in game.

I hope that he'll get some minutes in this EPL season. He must have his chance because he is already 20 years old, his time has come and I see in Moyes that kind of coach who gives the youngsters more minutes than Sir Alex did.

Lingard and Zaha were our best plyaers this season so far. It is clearly obvious that we won't send Zaha on loan but in my opinion we should also keep Lingard. We could use him from time to time when we have a consistent lead on the scoreboard.

He would improve a lot better and faster than at a small club because he is already mature enough to build connections with top class players like Carrick, RVP or Kagawa.

Zaha is gone ffs. Lingard is still with us and probabily a future squad rotation player.

LvG rates him apparently. So hope he will deliver and will repay the trust.
Need a premier league loan imo. Adnan and pereira are better players right now. So cant see him getting a look in this season.

A loan could use in his case, but I'm afraid LvG will keep him. He isn't a fan of loaning young talented players.

I dont fancy him as a starter ahead of Rashford or Martial
I dont fancy him at all.
Potential sell and have to be replaced by someone who is more capable.

Share the same view. He is a decent squad player. Should never be preferred over Martial and Rash especially if the latter 2 are in good form. Lingard plays 1 good game if he's given 10 chances and people big up those performances reasoning he's an academy product and shit. For a 24 year old attacker his end product is pretty abysmal.

Hmm. I like his attitude though. He is an academy product so he is always willing to fight for the jersey even off the bench. We lose that if we sell him. It's very important to have canterinos in the squad, look at Madrid atm for example.
