Fenerbahçe banned for next 3 comps, inc 2013/14 Champions League season. Beşiktaş also banned by UEFA from 2013/14 Europa League. Besiktas and Fenerbahce bans relate to UEFA match fixing investigation. Third year of Fenerbahce ban suspended for period of 5 years. Steaua Bucureşti suspended for next UEFA club competition they qualify for. Punishment "deferred for a probationary period of five years".

If the Fenerbahçe appeal is rejected, their place in the CL qualifier will be handed down to Bursaspor.

Oh wow, that's a huge financial hit on Fenerbache. But great that UEFA is showing they mean business.

I would assume the team that finished below them in the Turkish league. Not sure though.
