When it comes to giving youngsters chances, if Arsene doesn't think someone is talented enough to deserve a shot, then I don't think any of us (Aleumdance specifically) should question his opinion. It's one of the things he is always right about, and the fact that none of the youngsters who have left have gone on to greater things proves it. It's also not like we saw them in training on a daily basis like Arsene or really knew how their development was going when they trained with the first-team.
