Jese scored the first 2 goals, and Oscar Plano scored the last one.

Carvajal had a beasty game again it seems, he assisted the last goal after a crazy run. He was also involved in the second goal

Yeah, Carvajal road to the first team is wide open atm, if we do decide to have him make the jump, it can be a bet we can handle. It wont be as if we dont have guys like Arbeloa or Ramos to back him up.

thing is i dont think he will, 2 attacking fullbacks especially when both of their weaknesses are defensive

we wont have a spot open for him unless we do like barca were the 2 fullbacks provide width and the defensive midfielder (busquets) drops back into the backline forming a 3-man backline like that

Well, right now Alonso does that for us. Dont know if it will help us incorporate Carvajal though.

He does, he is not very far in front of the defenders most of the time. Its quite often that you see a 3 man line with the 2 CBs and Alonso, and occasionally he is even the last man, though that only happens a few times a game.

Xabi does start plays between the two CB's. It only happens when we have the ball obviously.

I haven't seen him play, but this is first i've heard that he is weak defensively!!

Is this for sure or is it just your opinion?

We do need another RB next year or year after with Ramos moving full time to CB.

caravjal has incridible pace?, sorry i just have highlights from madrid website to watch, havent watched full match.

In the videos, which doesnt show much, he seems slower or equaly as fast as ramos which isnt fast.

I honestly think that when you never watched a single game or more about a player, you should guard from making such claims.

Carvajal is really, really fast. Was a beast in the recent U19 Euros too. Not surprised he is in such good form.

he is really really fast but sometimes he has the same touch as dimaria, i.e. the ball escapes from his feets

if he improves his ball techniques the sky is the limit for this kid
