This is seriously ONE of the ONLY ways in which I can give "soccer" any props over euro football. At least the MLS has a yearly All star team vs. _______ match. I know that in many ways its a much different scenario but still. As far EPL vs. La Liga though, the EPL is just not at its strongest ATM. That would not be a contest. Because him and Pique are a proven partnership,at the Euros they were amazing considering it was their first time playing as a CB partnership.

Pique compliments Ramos much better than Pepe does.Ramos is the more aggressive defender who pressures while Pique is the one who covers,Pepe is too similar to Ramos for me.

And that's why your Chelsea example wont work, this game is for fun! Who thinks that watching a team defend with 10 men inside their penalty area forcing the other team to pass, pass, pass and pass, is fun?

You used the Chelsea vs Barca game as an example as to why La Liga wont necessarily win implying that the EPL All star team would/could use the Chelsea tactics to win the game, while ignoring the fact that because this game is for fun, they wont use the chelsea tactics which makes your point moot.

Then I dont understand why you brought it up. The only reason why I would think that you would bring up that game would be to show that the epl all-star team could use that same tactic against la ligas all-star team and win...
