Juve overall a far better side than United.Besides we score loads of goals from midfield.
Juve would be 3rd or 4th without a top class striker, players like Giovinco would get tossed around in the PL
We face physical ,park the bus teams almost every week in Serie A.Like someone said in terms of technical quality and tactical organization PL's not as good as some people think.

its not so much the players as it is the referees, a lot more is let go in England then in Italy and spain

Although I don't support them, I'd like to see Bilbao in the PL. You know, given them destroying league leaders Man U and all.
Not a chance. PL teams apart from Barca and Madrid are stronger than La Liga teams in general.
Well, the PL certainly hasn't proven that one

Dont necessarily agree with that..Just watch Juve's last game before the winter break(Juve vs Cagliari) for instance..Giovinco himself was involved in lots of physical duels ,even foulable offenses were not once called by the ref. This is just not one game but it is happened in many other games too and this includes other players as well..Although you have a strong case when it comes to La Liga.

If anything juventus would do good in a physical league.. their players are extremely fit and can run at you for 90 minutes.
And B-mac, just stop. Was cazorla tossed around? Was silva tossed around? Was aguero tossed around.? Was modric tossed around?
You don't have to be big to play football. Stop that nonsense

Haha. A team like Manchester United would be stymied by most of the clubs on the wrong side of the table in Serie A. Chelsea would have more success in Serie A.

our attack isn't that average... quagli+gio= 3 goals against chelsea
Spanish players are small and don't get smashed up at all (and i'm not referring only at barca players)...
anyway, we'll never have an answer for the topic's question

But your earlier argument was that Giovinco would get tossed up in PL and i gave you my answer for that as he's surprisingly involved in a lot of physical duels, fighting for the ball and he has come out successful at times.I refuted your first argument.
Average ? He has 8 goals and 7 assists in all competitions this season ..I would think he would do better in the PL since i not only think PL's defending is at an all time low at the moment but also he would thrive with all the space on offer in the league.

giovinco doesn't belong in the same conversation as the players listed there, his only characteristic he shares with those players his is size that where it ends, those players are a class above him, there footballing ability and brains are far superior, that is what makes them able to be successful. giovincos size would hinder him more is my argument because he is a average player, not a special player like those listed, not even a first choice for his country

Re: How would your club do in another league?
It would be interesting to see Giovinco in the PL. His greatest weakness aside from his finishing is his diminutive size and lack of strength. Although judging by how he ripped Terry and Alex a new one in 2009 shows how he can cope vs English defences. I've seen him both nullified completely and destroy very physical back lines as it mostly depends on what kind of form he is in. Lately the way he is playing he certainly would succeed in the PL as especially given all the space afforded to him within that league, he'd exploit it quite well.
Whoever said he is average is far off mark since Giovinco's problem was never his skill but mentality. In terms of skill he definitely is up there with the mentioned players.

Quaresma had all the skill in the world, but his but his brain and mentality failed him thus he is just a average player...you can have all the skill in the world and still be shite

Mate Quaresma was one-footed, couldn't pass, and didn't have anywhere near the bouts of skill that Giovinco has shown in terms of creativity, goals and just running the game.
Giovinco gets too much stick for his early season performances but has been excellent in the past 6 games. Plus when played properly out wide he is even better as in Juve he is played central.

Again why is that comparison necessary ? Lets get back to the point. The question is would an attack comprising of Vucinic and Giovinco do well the in the Premier League ? Yes i would think so.Besides like i said earlier we have this knack of scoring from anywhere especially from midfield so attack being 'average' or 'crap' doesnt matter because we dont depend on 1 or 2 players to score goals. That is the unique quality of this team. What would Manu for example be without Van Persie or Rooney ? They would obviously struggle.Besides we are a very athletic side comprising of players with immense work rate as well as having an iron tight defense as illustrated in the Champions League. We would do exceedingly well in the PL.

Re: How would your club do in another league?
Juve would tear up the premier league right now. Vuciniv and Giovinco are class, and i feel like teams like Newcastle and Spurs are less likely to park the bus against us than Catania and Palermo, which would be bad for them. Also, MVP would dominate any midfiepd in the world except maybe Barcas and Bayerns.

Do I have to say the same thing about Arsenal now that they have been saved by the linesman against Soton?Everytime Manchester United buys referees, but the other teams don't.If Man UTD is helped by the refs, everybody is talking 3 days after the game about how they bought the refs and how hypocrite is Ferguson. When teams like City, Arsenal, Chelsea etc. are helped by refs, nobody is talking. The same thing was happening in Serie A with Juventus and the other teams.
