I like this guy.REWB wrote:i think it will be juventus, although i dont know how the conte situation has effected them.
That said, I'm not sure it's true. the 3-5-2 isn't necessarily that new, and it may not hold up in Europe against pacy and clinical wide players. Let's wait to crown Juve the "next big thing" until we get a little further into the CL.
As for the Conte situation... Again, I feel like it's another situation where we will have to wait and see. So far, it doesn't appear to be affecting them too much (granted, I've only seen one game so far due to work... ). However, Europe and a more congested schedule could see the effects magnified exponentially.

I don't think my post has anything to do with MU and CL.
I was just stating the possibility...
would be nice to see how 10 man defending would work when the opponent takes all their chances

Re: Who will be the next revolutionary football team?
Who ever can come up with a defenderless formation.
Either that or a midfieldless formation.
Sounds crazy but with the right players it is possible.

Re: Who will be the next revolutionary football team?
there isnt really anything new in football. the game is old. guessing who will be the next revolutionary team would be impossible.
maybe i dont understand the question fully but i just think that pretty much everything has been tried before.
we have seen strikerless formations, parking the bus, total football, 6 defenders, 5 defenders, 4 defenders, 3 defenders.. madrid recently played something like 7 forwards against getafe, etc. etc. etc.

Re: Who will be the next revolutionary football team?
Really hard.
Sugar Daddies will buy your last talent you have in your squad.
Dortmund and Klopp are in the right direction but can they keep their talent?
Arsene Wenger and SAF revolutionized the English Football.
