Am I the only one who thinks that this guy is the best fullback in the world?

I think he is a top fullback. But I cant say he is the best, but there really isnt anyone who I think is the best right now. I really think Marcelo has improved tremendously under Mou, but Felipe is a better defender while not being too bad comparing to Marcelo in attack. I think Marcelo is a better dribbler, but Felipe has a better cross.

The man is almost a flawless LB,he can attack and defend amazingly well.He is like a LB version of prime Lahm.

I also rate Filipe highly . What we hear about most fullbacks in this modern era is : '' ---------- great at going forward but needs to improve positionally and defensively '' but I don' think anyone can say that about Filipe. He provides the right balance for the 2 aspects in my opinion . People prefer to talk about the likes of Alba and Marcelo ( even though they are great ) but they aren't as great defensively when you look at it. This is a guy who had the most tackles ( averaging about 3.8 tackles per game and had a good number of interceptions last season . ( 4.5 per game ) .

Although hes like 26 or 27 I would of preffered that we would try to get him instead of Alba.

He's a good all round LB. However Marcelo is better attacking wise.

Marcelo is the best by a mile.

I was dreaming that I was the sporting director at Liverpool. And the first thing I did was offer Enrique + ca$h for Filipe Would do wonders for any team

I was worried that he wouldn't be back to his best after that horrific injury with Depor, but he's BAWS all around again.
