Skrtel and Agger are the closest things to WC on that list other than Lucas.

Reina is struggling with form for over a year or so but he is WC in my books on his day.
Agger is only 27 or so so he still has alot of years ahead of himself just like Škrtel.
Gerrard and Suarez are no brainers of course.They can make a difference at any given time.
I think the reason Liverpool aren't as high as they would want to is because of the recent turmoil they had to endure with the managerial and owner changes but Rodgers should give them the stability they need.
Spurs and Newcastle gradually improved after seasons of uncertainty while Liverpool regressed.
Not putting Liverpool down because they have a competent squad, it's just that getting to the TOP 4 is like winning a trophy lately.

The core of the team is still WC. Juventus finished 7th in 10-11 and won the league in 11-12.

I love the fact that you've had ONE decent season (getting into Europa) and thinking you're an actual force in England. Fact is, you havn't won a trophy in a LONG time, you have not come remotely close to CL nor have you shown any quality in your football to prove that you'd actually do well in Europe.

Noone has expected anything from liverpool for 20+ years, Arsenal will get 3rd or fourth, Tottenham probably top 4, City vs United fpr the league. Everton to overachieve.

I said many times if we were to finish top 6 it would be a huge achievement, i just dont think you are good enough either.

Fact is the top 5 is basically on lock, it would take a monumental effort for anyone to break into it and stay into it and the players you have bought and linked with hardly inspire anyone with confidence they can do that.

Also MT if you consider Lucas, Gerrard, Skrtel, Agger, Johnson, Enrique, Suarez etc etc world class i really dont know what to say.

We'll be very lucky to finish top 6 this season...so far we've lost 4 players and have only signed one. Squad is weaker than May, and I don't trust FSG to replace the players we've lost.

I believe they had hit the post 98478594758784975 times last season that's why they finished 8th and they didn't win the FA Cup.

Last season Juventus made some key improvements in their run for the Serie A. So far I don't see that in Liverpool's squad.

If I would choose, Chelsea is the apparent dark horse and the hoarse team would be Tottenham.
