His technical abilty has improved alot. He has very good awareness.. hes improving very fast in my opinion.

His problem is consistensy in my opinion.

Why?
The guy is tireless in midfield and rarely puts a foot wrong. He can also make an addition to attack when given the chance. He tackles like a beast all over the pitch and I stand by my words that I think he's one of the most important players in the team.
And Mourinho agrees with me

yes he is effective for germany, but still not good enough for madrid (at least if he continues like last season), Him and alonso just doesnt work, both are too slow to react and average midfields getting past by these two, its a joke.

one of them has to be dropped or something unless they suddenly improve in that.

Stop being unrealistic.
Ever heard of a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush?
WE won the league and made it deep into the Champion's league with those two playing in midfield. They did a fantastic job and I guarantee Mourinho will agree.
Why spend money if they already did/are doing the job.
On top of that, both were fantastic in the Euros.
Khedira is more than good enough for Madrid, and signing somebody for ridiculous sums of money, who isn't settled in the squad and is foreign to the league or whatever is not gonna yield the results like I'm sure it has for you in FIFA/Football Manager.

I think Alonso and Khedira both did well last season and did well at the Euros. However I think having an extra midfielder next to Alonso and Khedira would help in terms of possession.

Khedira did well for Germany since he had more of a free role, Schweinsteiger can go B2B and at times Ozil was the last midfielder back. Alonso did well for Spain because he wasn't expected to playmake everywhere on the pitch, He had Xavi, Iniesta etc.

However we expect him to playmake everywhere and Khedira isn't exactly a playmaker, so lower sides tend to dominate them sometimes. A CM would help both, because the CM can help Alonso with the playmaking and also Khedira can have more of a free role.

I never said they had a bad season, they did had a good season, but not great season (very very good lol).

They were getting passed by average midfeilds so easily week in week out.

I also rate khedira highly, especailly for germany, but for madrid, its different cuz he is played with alonso, who has similar weaknesses.

At least mention that while contending them for ballonare.

Khedira is a B2B CM, however he's the equivalent of a DM for us. We played with Lass and Khedira at CM and Alonso at DM.
