I'm not really big on politics, but I felt this deserved a mention. A little background : He's been seriously running for elections ever since 1988, and is currently campaigning in the 2012 Presidential elections. This video is from the Lesser-Known Democratic Candidates Presidential Forum. And yes, that's a boot on his head.
