You obviously don't understand the meaning of "dictator" if you would include Bush.

That's not to say he wasn't a fairly horrible leader and something of a (huge) idiot... but he certainly wasn't a dictator.

Not a good person anyway. In terms of forcing Iraq and war on terror on his people, he didnt really care about people's opinions.
