Would you rather have 1st leg home or away, two scenarios where you're playing a hard opponent or easy opponent

This is a hard choice, I know most would say home game first but I would like to have the first game away.

It's not necessarily that simple, in the case of Inter-Barcelona it was imperative that Inter had something to protect rather than playing catch-up against such a great team. There's no simple formula for an 'easy' or 'hard' team, it depends on how you attack the tie.

well it depends on the rival.

if u are given away against a titan and get raped then its over, and u might have wanted to get the home first to build confidence, probably on a good first result.

if ur given home against a titan and u get wacked then its over too... depends on various factors but in a fast answer...

id say AWAY. end the tie there in our favor as well.

Against Barcelona, I'd start away, and against any other team it wouldn't matter as much.

Barca are easily the worst team to play away in the 2nd leg and its basically impossible to snatch a result at the Camp Nou. (Inter of course being the exception)

why start away? knowing them, theyd try to close the result once and for all, and leave u under pressure to produce at the emirates, which 80:20 would go to farca...

doesnt matter

because for 6 years regardless of whether we played away or home, good teams or bad teams, attack or defense we got eliminated

now bar barca i t doesnt matter, because now we will beat the other teams in the cl knockouts silent

if i had a choice would most definantly play at home first simply because away goals are so important, so atleast that first game u dnt need to worry about conceding an away goal and can get a gist of what u need to score to be safe.

whereas if its the other way around u never know just how many away goals ur oppenent might get.

so yea def prefer to have the home match out of the way first
