Underrated/unpopular TV shows?

Anyone know some really good shows that are either underrated or unpopular?

I recently fell in love with Luther, a British show about a special investigator who tweaks the law for his benefit during investigations and deals with (mostly) psychopaths - usually ending in very troubled situations for him, despite his brilliance as an investigator. I'd describe him like Dr. House, just without the wit and located in a very dark and cold world.

Really a good show that should be rated higher and become more popular. It was sent on BBC but it's only two seasons in and there are only 10 episodes.

Castle.....I just loved it for awhile.....but stopped watching recently

Lie to me

Pushing Daisies comes to mind. Such a whimsical, yet morbid show. Looked like it came straight out of Tim Burton's head.

Also, The HBO series Dead Like Me.

Another great show that went largely unnoticed. Mostly because it came out around the same time as Six Feet Under, which was miles and miles better. DLM was still a good show in it's own right though.

It was conceived as a mix between Amelie and Tim Bourton, Pushing Daisies that is. No wonder there was no market for it lol. But I agree that I enjoyed it a lot while it lasted. A lot of the shows that come to my mind did terribly and were cancelled but are not currently underrated.

Criminal Minds

Homeland is by far the best thing on tv ATM. Highest ratings and it's got Claire Danes xD

Why didn't you tell me about Claire Danes, that's my girl (fell in love with her in "Romeo and Juliet")

Fell in love after stardust, she is incredible in homeland. You should watch it Tetra, it's incredible!

For the first time for Some reason.....I bothered to read Jibers sig.All I have to say is

Anyway - Veronica Mars.....most underrated show in history.Suffered and deceived many..who thought it would just be some ridiculous spin on a normal teen drama but was a truly ridiculously good crime noir.....

Watched a couple of episodes of terra nova, didn't enjoy it at all.

Rubicon was great, pity it only lasted a season.

Dexter and Supernatural!? How are they underrated or unpopular? If anything, Supernatural is horribly overrated.

Dexter isn't underrated or unpopular at all

I started to watch "My Boys" a few weeks ago, not sure how popular the show was, but I found it to be very entertaining. I've already finished up all four seasons and I am almost done re-watching the whole series over.

Because the CG is dodgy, the writing uninspired, the characters are all 1-D stereotypes, and it is so full of tropé RedOranje and I can usually predict all the plot twists and elements of the show episodes in advance. I'd rather watch the 3rd Jurassic Park than Terra Nova.

Where I am (Toronto, Canada) Dexter is horribly underrated.
Supernatural is too, to be honest, hardly anyone watches and their average viewers is very low so I do not get how it is overrated? I mean you can say it is not a good show, because it is not that great of a show to be fair haha.

jurassic park >>>> terra nova... but i am a huge dinosaur and prehistoric world fan.. and apart from that prehistoric park and a few isolated programmes on discovery there arent any dinosaur documentaries etc on tv here.. terra nova not great as it is , is at least watchable.. wished the prehistoric creatures were given more of a role than relegated to sideshows though

don't know how it gonna go but, has anyone watched Homeland yet?
