Nolan vs Cabaye

Seeing Super Kev single handedly bringing West Ham back to Premier League...do you reckon he is better than Cabaye or not ?

Nolan is not even Cabaye's league.......

Besides Nolan would best served being compared to Ben Arfa as they both play similar roles(Cabaye plays Barton's role but miles better) and again Nolan isnt even in his league.....

Nolan is a great goalscorer from midfield, but he makes your midfield static, slow and one dimensional, if he was still at Newcastle he wouldnt even be getting a game....

West Ham don't have such a shabby squad, plus Cabaye currently has Newcastle in CL spots which is infinitely harder than beating Championship teams.

Nolan should've stayed......It would''ve been a wank fest with Nolan-Cabaye partnership

Ben Arfa-Cabaye is a very sexy midfield with Ba as the striker. That will get Newcastle some goals.

Should really start Ben Arfa now. All that's missing is a creative midfielder to get the machine into another gear...

Problem is he was injured for so long(trying to bring him back slowly to prevent another injury) and as long as we are winning theres not an urgent must for it......

Long term it will be 4-2-3-1 tho with Ba or a new striker as the lone striker.....

Yeah... I though Ben Arfa looked good, other than that crazy no look pass in the midfield that could've ended badly. Marveaux looked even better as he brings a lot of speed to the game.

Yh Marveaux is in a similar situation, he was out for a long time and we are trying to bring him back slowly and again while we are unbeaten its not a urgent must for either.....

Both will be starting fulltime sooner rather than later tho.

One thing i like about Marveaux is not only does he bring speed but he brings a football brain lol he knows when to dribble , when to pass and and when to shoot.....
