I'm very annoyed with Mou and CR7 right now. One is supposed to be this tactical genius that puts players into their best positions... and he's stubbornly sticking to a scheme where we currently lack the personnel + he is not using his entire squad. The other is the supposed #2 player in the world and the club leader... and he cannot for the life of him help the team regain flow when they struggle. He just goes into super-ego mode when the going gets tough.

We have two stubborn ego-maniacs leading the team.

Well, I read a analyze of Mous tactics. He is atleast trying. Ronaldo is still just being Ronaldo. The guy is overrated as hell and isn't even top 5 anymore in the world in my eyes.

OK so we have lost a game and drawn one and people on this forum make it out to be as if we just had been relegated.
Throughout a season it's not gona be all plain sailing there will be moments when the team isn't performing and a coach is still getting his tactics right surely it's better to have this now then at the buisness end of the season.

We've had this last season when everything seemed to be crashing down and we're going to have this next season.

It was Mou's mistake to play an injured CR7 and to be fair he shouldn't have taken fk's with an injured ankel.

Don't start bashing a player that has gotten us so many points won us our first trophy in years against our eternal rival.
FFS let's stop this we must be the most arrogant fans around, chelsea or man u have a slump in form you don't see the fans overreacting this much.
And btw the standard of la liga has risen considerably this year and Valencia are going to challenge and Athleti will be fighting.

Imagine if Torres had been at Madrid instead of chelsea and had the same form (2goals in 24), he would've been crucified by now

Torres should be crucified. And i don't mind losing points if it's against Valencia, Malaga, etc. because they are quality teams. But the last 3 games, inclusive of the CL, have been bad from a club performance standpoint... all 3 games were against far inferior teams. And it's not like we just had a run of bad luck with finishing (a ton of misses). We've missed a couple... but we don't create any chances to score, which is a concern.

The style and tactical issue... i've had a problem with it since last April.

Same goes with CR7... i've disliked him since 2004 lol.

Sportsczy, well said. I couldn't have expressed my frustration any better. Part of the problem I think is that Mou doesn't have the offensive creativity in him. He's very good with defensive tactics and motivation but offense is his weakness. That's not an excuse for continuing to put Di Maria, Ronaldo, Coentrao and Benzema out there but I think he would be better to let one of his assistants form offensive schemes. The best generals recognize their weaknesses and surround themselves with personnel who complement them with strengths in their weaker areas.

imo its a mix mourinho özil and xabi alonso.

Mourinho must be blamed for the collective fail.

alonso has just been very average lately.

and özil is total garbage so far this season. Gief Sneijder back !
