he does have some very good crosses as your video showed...

so higuain isn't "just a poacher", imo he can provide, also he seemed to play at the right side alot, so that gives us more attacking from the right since that is a problem

He started as a right winger ofc he isn't just a poacher.

His current form makes me think of Raul in his prime, especially his 3rd goal vs Betis (the lob) - very reminiscent of what Raul used to do a lot. Hope he can keep this up.

I'd imagine Raul taught Pipa a trick or two during the four years they played and trained together.

And Higuain is miles better than Raul at finishing right now. As great as Raul was, he drove me crazy with his inefficiency...

Higuain no matter how you try to paint it is a competent player on all fronts. Sure Benzema is a specialist in that he has a great touch on the ball but that doesn't mean Higuain can't do it or something like it.

It's only another matter in your head with all due respect.

Not saying he can't do it Z... he's just not consistent or very good at it. I have my own 2 eyes and i'm not the only one who's noticed lol. Why do you think Madrid keeps trying to replace him? Perez loves flair players on the attack. Higuain is not a flair player at all. But he is a great poacher and a good winger.

Also, without service, he's a non-factor. Cannot create his own shot with any consistency (again, i'm sure he's done it a time or two in the past). But he'll make great runs and is very good if he only needs to make one or two touches then shoot.

I think you have it in your head that he's a complete footballer Z. He's not.

I'm probably going to stop posting on this thread to be honest because it should be a tribute to Pipita. I respect Pipita's goalscoring output... but i am not a fan of his attacking style. Everyone has their preferences.

Karim can fight for a spot with Di Maria or Kaka since he such a creative flair player and all. He's obviously an inferior goal scorer.

If Pipa continues this hot scoring form into the CL (which he definitely will IMO), then I'm pretty sure nearly everyone in the world will recognise him as a top 5 striker.
