I ask that because it’s hard to believe that this family can be this perfect AND real (though Xabi is obviously “real” in another way). Xabi Alonso and wife Nagore, along with Jon (in what appears to be his little school uniform) and Ane were snapped at the Retiro park. And of course, they were all looking adorable, both individually and as a family unit. Plus, doesn’t the sight of Xabi kissing Ane and fooling around with Jon make your heart melt?

Xabi really is something special.

If you ask me he can pretty much carry a midfield on his own for extended periods in games.

Play him in a midfield trio with Iniesta and Xavi, no need for that coat tail riding clown Biscuits no matter how many people seem to think he is good.

It's beyond me what people think Busquets does exactly.Some barca fans make it sound like if collecting stray passes and giving the ball to Xavi and Iniesta is the most arduous task in the world.

He found him to be very good, always in position, marshaling the midfield, spreading the ball well, did no wrong. Great game in my book, often overlooked.

Xabi has been killing it since the start of the season. He's often over looked but I can not stress enough how great he is.

At the highest level, probably 2/3, maybe more if he manages to adapt his game slightly. He does not rely on speed at all, and tbh, I think he has only been getting better and better at directing.
