CM 2014 Qualifying: France and Spain in same group
Only one is assured of making it as the group winner only gets the automatic bid.
Tough draw for both. France plays the kriptonite of the Spanish style... tough, physical, fast and very defensive. Of course, Spain are the best team in the world. But wow.
All i have to say that i'm thankful it starts in 2012. Spain's golden midfield should be showing its age by then (Iniesta and especially Xavi & Xabi)

I don't think France has a chance
Spain will win the group..
Xavi? Xabi? still they can play 2/3 years..
Iniesta is still 27 @ peak!
Plus don't forget Cesc & Thiago

If anyone can defeat them, it's France. They've got a distinct defensive ballhogger style that destroys opponent's game and makes them barely able to score
It's boring to watch but very effective against teams like Brazil or Spain Of course, they have to have their team ready by then

France need a am to step up. Nasri or Martin... Doesn't matter. Defense will be the best in the world with sagna, rami, Varane, Mexes, sissokho, M'Vila, evra, abidal, lass, etc. Menez, Benz, gameiro, ribery, Malouda, etc. Are fine up front. Just need a link.
