When Makaay scored against us in record time and R.Carlos didn't even bother to defend, I came to realize that the club was f***** up beyond repair Very Happy
When Pelle came and we went out against Lyon= nothing has changed feeling Very Happy
You know, as long as hope remains you could cope with anything but RM managment was really sadistic towards the fans last 6-7 years Very Happy

RM especially is very frustrating because of the madness in the club that we all love and hate, but the 5-0 against Barca last year probably. And the general Barca love- Real hate that we have especaially over here over the past few years.

Yeah, I havent been an avid fan too long so I wont exactly be mourning a missed penalty in 96 or something. Smile

Finding out Hierro was leaving absolutely crushed me, and the manner in which he was treated was worse! That is closely followed by Finding out Redondo was leaving a few years before... Thank you for that Perez!

I would say the 5-0 and 6-2 was the worst disappointing moments for most of Real Madrid fans but for me, getting knocked out from the CL by Lyon was so hard to accept. i had the dream that we are going to break the frakking jinx and win the CL in our stadium. sadly it was a dream.

I couldn't sleep that night because i was so depressed, couldn't believe how we just missed it. Sad

Back in 2000 when we lost in the semifinal of the CL vs. Bayern

We won the CL in 99 and in 01, had we beat bayern we wouldve won it three times in a row

we also won CL in 97, we wouldve had 4 of 5 CLs and couldve been the best team in history ):

Raul leaving wasnt nice either, if we regard recent memories. It was sad, but a different type than the 5-0.
