My biggest concern is Cristiano's attitude. It doesn't bother me that he's put in a couple of low-key performances because he is a human being and everyone is going to have bad games once in a while. But it's that pissy, whining attitude that is very unhealthy for the team. Someone else pointed out that occasion when Higuain tried to pass to CR7 when he should have gone for goal and related it to how CR7 always whines when Pipita goes for goal instead of passing. I completely agree.. when Higuain has the ball he feels under pressure to pass to CR7 when a shot at goal might be a good option. Someone needs to talk to Ronaldo and tell him to stop behaving like this.

That sort of criticism is nit picking at it's best. Cris is not perfect but his attitude is not something I am that concerned about.

Why can't it be that Higuain tried to pass to Cris because he wanted his team mate to get on the score sheet? Just like Cris has done for Pipa in the past and others as well?

Sure sometimes he can be very emotive but that's just who he is. You have to take the good and the bad and with Cristiano the good is so worth it.

I agree with it completely.

@ zeal,come on man, yes he can play what ever way he wants and can have off game but i do believe him raising his hands every time higuain or benz trying to take a risky shot is really annoying and makes our strikers less confident.

I personally believe its because they are not rich, handsome or talented and dont know what its like.

I feel for them i really do, but not as much as i feel for CR hes so misunderstood Sad

Does any of benz or higgy does that when ronaldo does countless useless tricks only to lose the ball after?

Ronaldo making himself available isn't a bad thing. At the end of the day Benz or Pipa have be confident enough in their decision making.

Sure if I played with someone as overbearing as Cris I'd pass to him all the time but how is that his fault? Besides it's pretty obvious they are comfortable with each other as strikers so really I see no issue.

Just throw this in there with all the other ridiculous criticisms of Ronaldo like "He is selfish" (as if there is something like a selfless striker) and "He needs to smile more and stop showing frustration".

It's ridiculous IMO and really it has to stop.

Maybe people exaggerate a bit on the team's morale level when it comes to his whining. They seem pretty fine with it.

I thought he was actually a bit meh tonight again. Had the 2 goals... but really faded as the game went along. I have a feeling he's not 100% physically, although we'll never hear about it.

He was good, but not 100% the amazing Cristiano we know. Some poor decision making too. But had the goals, good passing, good movement, on the right track IMO.
