To all who tuned in to see the possible collapse,
better luck next time.
2-1 'Firmino.

Mole showing his timeless years alongside us on GL experience to snuff out a poster's true fidelity in their club and agendas.
I would take it seriously.

Re: 2018/2019 Premier League Discussion Part III
I'm really enjoying Liverpool's run, but I would be lying if I said that United's resurgence isn't admirable. Good for them for getting rid of that toxic has-been.
I'm still not entirely sold on Ole though, but that's nothing that time can't fix. If he murders the other elite teams as well, he'll have built a very strong case for himself to stay on. And from the looks of it, the United players look to be really enjoying playing under him.

Not sure what's secret about the fact I'm rooting for Liverpool to win the league.
Doesn't mean I rate them anywhere as highly as they're being rated in England right now, in comparison to other *cough* European top teams, and the next months will show that

What do Conor Wickham and Jordan Henderson have in common?
Two products of Sunderland who were hyped beyond their ceiling and consistently look out of depth for their teams.

Henderson's had a good career though.
Wickham could still be at Sunderland in League One for all I know.

Reference to Wickham coming on for Palace. Henderson indeed has had a serviceable career and has been decent for England yet years of watching him put his ears down, run doggedly after the ball (all like a Greyhound) to make up for his technical failings is sad even if admirable at the same time.

That's one of the downsides of not having any depth. Not watching the game, but looking at the score, it definitely appears to be an exciting game for both sides; the kind of games that keeps you on the edge of your seat until the last whistle.

Hard being a total beacon of positivity in real life yet supporting a team that only brings out the most Tartarean cynicism inside you after years of falling short and not knowing what a Premier League title is.

Stars are aligning, this is Pool's year. They always turn it around when they need to. Fair play.
Also, forreal, until I saw that Wickham was on I had forgotten he even existed. Remember the hype for him lol. Dwight Gayle too.

Re: 2018/2019 Premier League Discussion Part III
Mane finishes a nervy end to the game with a smooth finish to the right-hand side of the net after a marauding run into the box from the left.
Never expected in my life for Mane to be such an important and consistent player for us.

FT 4-3 Liverpool.
Shambolic match from us if not overall as a game.
Typical story in our front-line saving the game
Midfield not anchoring any possession and in the process leaking more chances from clear lack of communication and a backline that just turns off at the wrong moments in their lapses.
Much work to be needed as with City's resurgence and our recent holes being exposed, those four points feel far smaller of a gap now than ever.
