Wow Kompany's tackle is actually being called out a red by every pundit, thought it wasn't that bad lol

Not even surprised by this performance, no idea why Firenze is calling me pessimistic. It's like playing Anderson, Herrera and Tosic midfield in the biggest game of your season.
GTFO lol.

Numptinho and Guinean Shelvey are decent against PTB teams, like us under Mou etc.
Don't cut it in the big games. Right call by Jurgen.

I wouldn't write off Liverpool to come back just yet, but damn Aguero is truly clutch.

Agreed.
Klopp knocked City out of the CL with a fully brexit midfield, no Oxlade is a shame so maybe Wijnaldum should be replaced by honorary brexit member Shaqiri.
But criticising Klopp for sticking with proven winners in Henderson and Milner is blasphemy tbh.

The league is going to get interesting if City win this game. Lets see what Liverpool do now

There's a notable gulf in class between Henderson and Fernandinho, though, let's be honest. I know Klopp has set his midfield up to block and press rather than create, but if you've got someone who can do that and is better with the ball available, why not use him?
The problem Liverpool will have now is getting control of the ball for any period of time. Their only chances are going to come from City turnovers.

The magic foot of Lovren playing Sterling onside during that move. Great finish from Sane.

Though I understand Liverpool's tactic of constantly giving the ball to Sterling, sure, it is a very safe defensive move. The drawback is your chance of scoring are only maybe 25% when he has the ball.

Well, a tight game, but City deserved it. We just didn't create enough chances.
I'm not upset that Kompany didn't get a red, but it was the sort of tackle that if he makes proper contact it's a broken leg for Salah.

Funny how this feeling is represented everywhere lol.
People hate Liverpool and for good reason, luckily "most" of the lads here are decent but in general fuck Liverpool lol.
The fact Urban wants Pep to win should say it all lol.

Can't speak for anyone else but Arsenal fans are happy because it's now Invincible's Day. The record is safe for another season.
Liverpool are still four points clear, having now played City twice, Arsenal twice, and Chelsea and Spurs away.
Their next five games are Brighton (A), Palace (H), Leicester (H), West Ham (A), and Bournemouth (H).
I don't want to hear about any Pool fan meltdown. They're going to be fine lol.

Re: 2018/2019 Premier League Discussion Part III
Last season Liverpool gave City their first loss and this season its the opposite.
I do wonder if Pep has learnt his lesson with not playing high line in every game both games against Koop and team he struggled against was a masterclass tacticians at work.

I think in terms of approach the first game showed he learnt his lesson.
I thought different when i saw the lineup but i guess the approach is more important than formation or tactics.

Fernandinho ate those three scrubs in midfield alive. Aguero ended Lovren. Why Klopp relies on these bellends is beyond me. At least with Lovren, he does not have any option but that midfield? Imagine leaving 140 million on the bench for that gash
