I forgot Lucas is still at the club. Also, pretty sure it's gonna be the usual starters starting. Leganes really isn't a team Lope should be underestimating.

Lucas goes through the same situation every season. Starts the season last in the pecking order, finishes the season just short of starting CL finals. Invaluable squad member imo. His crosses will mean sonwthing now too with Mariano coming back

As long as we're winning and picking up the three points, I have nothing to complain about. I realize that Lopetegui wasn't given the best of attacks, and for that reason alone, I won't hold him responsible if we fail.

Also I totally agree with hala, Lucas is an amazing squad player. Too talented to be on the bench, but not too talented to start. Those are the players you need on your bench.

If that’s his defending instinct he should never play again. He’s gotten away with so much shit during the years. It’s all gonna come back now with VAR.

Also doubt he’d have scored for certain. Maybe if Navas was in goal.
