The elephant in the room: I think it's time for everybody to say whether or not Zidane should keep his job beyond tonight. I'm sure everybody has mixed feelings and some of you want him to say regardless of the result tonight. I'm also sure that there are others who think his fate should be predicated on the result tonight.

I'll go first. I think he should keep his job if he wins tonight. If he loses, however, he should be let go. He made countless mistakes this season that only a CL can fix. So if he doesn't win, he must go.

Of course that's my opinion and I'm sure many of you will disagree with me

Anyway, let's hope it doesn't come to that. Let's hope he wins tonight and proves me wrong.

I do have the same opinion I have always had about him, so I wouldn't be surprised if my post is very reminiscent of another one I made last year.

But yeah, I think he should stay if he wins and let go if he loses.

Carvajal was great so it's sad to see him go but Nacho coming on is so comforting. He is great

Carvajal makes some really poor passes that worried me... that unexpected turnover that leads to the immediate counter is the best chance Liverpool had to score. Marcelo had a couple of those too but he's cleaned it up.

Nice game. No offence to Pool but we were comfortable for 60mins in this game. They have no bench. As soon as Salah went out they were done for

Ronaldo redeemed himself in the celebrations. He was the one who celebrated the most. And nice to see the fans show him appreciation. The outburst was abit tasteless though
