To call Mourinho a garbage man manager is a crime. When he works, he is the best. Even Hazard has come out recently to praise Mourinho's man management. He will get a team of players to play their guts out for him, at least short term. Sure it doesn't work on everyone, but that doesn't matter if he can mould the team to bring in players that he can man-manage.

I do agree on the old tactics, though. I think that is largely why his Utd team is his least successful since before his Porto days.

There’s no mystery behind Mourinho anymore- the “psychological” junk he put out in the media that awwed pundits in the past is just pure gaslighting. It used to work in the past- even then it only worked for about 2 seasons then everyone gets sick of it (players and board). Now we see it for what it is, he throws players and board members under the bus, because he can do no wrong. The guy is just a narcissist, not some misunderstood brilliant man manager.

For every Hazard that can come out and praise Mourinho, there are 10 Matas who were criminally mismanaged.

The fact of the matter is, we’ve seen Mourinhos tactics on and off the field and it’s obvious that it’s not sustainable, nor should a club like RM go backward to a formula that didn’t work for us 5ish years ago.

Nope. uh-oh. There's a reason most Madrid fans don't want him to come back. One of the most toxic presence in world football. At least before, he used to make up for his childish and obnoxious antics with results and trophies.

Mourinho is just a deplorable man, let alone a terrible coach. no way in hell he comes back to Madrid. The whole world has seen him for what he is, at Madrid, at Chelsea and now at Man U. His next job will be either Portugal NT or some other second rate team!

Not that we don’t have our own issues as we likely won’t be in any Europe competiton next season. What we need first and foremost is a complete squad overall!

As to Mourinho being a recruiter and a developer of talent, what a load of crap! He didn’t recruit anyone (or maybe one Altintop!), all he did was say yes or no. And no way in hell did he develop anyone. Remember Ozil, Di Maria (pre Ancelotti), Sahin, Modric, etc etc. And as far as his man management, please tell me were he got along with his players? And tactics, look in Man U comments as to how effective have his tactics been.
