i follow some of them on twitter for news and they get on my nerves sometimes with their italian phrases and insults .
you don't see foreign fans of the EPL having this obsession over the english national team and anything england related .
Its our choice mate. Problem?

It depends really maybe not to that extreme. My country will probably never play at WC or Euro competition we are small, corrupted as hell and we destroy 90% of our young talents. Juve and Italy are the countries I grew up watching tbh and I feel them like my 2nd home country. When I was in the USA I was arguing with my roommates about Italy more than for Macedonia.
But for sure I can not love Italy as Italian will and does, but sure as hell I love it second to that.
And no, no RG not distant second
btw cut salmano some slack ffs he is one of the youngest posters and trying his best to post and socialize in the General section, he may have not seen things or is knowledgeable like some here but he is trying really hard.

Basically Serie A fans (not from Italy ) care about Serie A' s benefit more than Italians .
I've read various comment about supporting Juve in CL final because of Serie A.
Frankly it's impossible in Italy. In Italy it's Really hard to find some Not Juve fans ( Interisti , Milanisti , Romanisti, Napoletani,Fiorentini etc) who is going to support Juve in final.
It' s enough normal in a country where Juve is definitely the most supported team ,
and " For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction." (I.N. 's law) ---- if you are the most loved team , you are also the most hated team . It happens in Italy.
I don't need to specify for who I am going to support in CL final ( anyway this doesn't impede to congratulate me with them if they will get the treble. Juve deserved to go in final ) , but tbf even the Napoli wasn't really supported by me . Bsically indifference about them but I had also a small smile when I've read ( not even watched the match) about Dnipro goal
But anyway these positions are legit ...
About Salmano I think he is influenced for his love towards Juve and hatred for Inter and this causes a patriotism for Italy who smells (for this reason) of hypocrisy..

Yes , I am so excited to have D'Ambrosio - Ranocchia - Santon in place of Maicon - Samuel - Zanetti now.
I haven't felt so good since Corrado Colombo scored against Ruch Chorzow in 2000.

This is so true. Don't worry there are fans from Serie A team outside Italy around the world who don't support rival teams in CL because of good of the league, coefficients, pride or whatever. It baffles me how some Serie A fans do this. Don't see any EPL, La Liga, Ligue 1, Eredevise or any other league fans do that.

I think it's fine if "league fans" want Italian teams to do well, but I draw the line at actually wishing they won the tournament.

Re: The 2014/15 Calcio Saga III
Yes, on paper it should be normal to support an Italian team in Europe because of good of the league, coefficients etc
I mean , what does an Inter or Milan fan get concretely if Juve loses the final ?
Nothing , while if Juve wins it it can be very good for Serie A raking etc
But it is easier said than done, there's many a slip twixt cup and lip.
The rivalry is more felt than a ranking table.. basically it's the football.
then tbh I think most Italian fans supported Fiorentina or Napoli in Europe , because noone really cares about them , but Juve,Inter , Milan fans are the 70% in Italy so it is focused on them.
Then we Italians are so similar to Spanish ppl ,we struggle to be united , just when there is Italy NT (and not even all ) , on the other hand Italy is united as country just since 1861.... but anyway I am not so sure it 's different in other countries
As an Inter or Milan etc won't support Juve in CL final , I think it is same thing for Real fans with Barca etc

Re: The 2014/15 Calcio Saga III
Juve going to the final gets Italy a lot of Coefficient points. Them winning it doesn't do that much of a difference. As a Milan fan, I would like that fourth spot back, because I don't see us getting into the CL any other way.
Now, I really don't care whether Juve gets a CL or not. However, I really like Pirlo and Buffon as both people and footballers, and I wouldn't begrudge Buffon the only CL in his career because I dislike Juve.
Also, the football fan in me would like a change in pace from the top 3 of football. Barca has been too dominant at the top, and its somewhat boring.
As for Napoli, the less said about their choke the better. Seville are clearly the better team against Viola, but Napoli should have reached the EL final.

You conveniently forget the Bundesliga from that list. Also, I have seen EPL fans root for little known EPL teams in the EL. As for Ligue 1, you must be blind not see Sport and farfan root for every french team in every competition.

It's notable the Icardi's tradition against Juve.
just to make the idea further, Juve doesn't lose at Juve Stadium since January 2013.
It was against Sampdoria for 1-2 and 2 goals were scored by Icardi.

Medel
DAT assist for Matri.
He looked like good in first matches, but he is Cardiff-esque level player.
Cambiasso is still better than him.

I said rival teams. Robes made a point of Italians supporting lesser teams in EL but never rival teams. You won't see Hans mourning Dortmund or urban supporting Bayern after Dortmund gets eliminated. RWO and St Pauli don't really have any rivals in the CL for our favorite Germans to root against. As for Ligue 1, I'm not sure about farfan but Sportsczy is an anomaly. He claims to be just a Marseille fan but it is pretty apparent he also supports PSG and Monaco along with some others

MASSIVE BOTTLE JOB
Juve's goals our presents, infact they didn't care about this match but we were capable to lose
Handanovic on 2nd goal
Passing from De Gea to Handanovic would be a real downgrade for them.
