OM at the bottom of the youth academies in Ligue 1 Bielsa fired everyone from last year so i hope it gets better. We really suck.... usually miss on the local talent only to overpay to get them back later

Well if you consider the top 5 leagues in Europe as the best in the world (they considered every league in the world actually and it just so happened that the top 5 in Europe spent the most money on recruiting players)... which is what the study has assumed... then it's the world's best youth systems. I think it's a very good assumption tbh. But you can feel otherwise obviously.
