Silicon Valley fights to keep its Dutch Sandwich and Double Irish loopholes

tl;dr: Big companies don't pay taxes. Google e.g. only pays around 2.4 percent, while the average American, who make wayyy...yyy less money pays a lot more. They manage to do this by routing most of their business thorough tax havens (Bermuda, in this case, which has no taxes), and this is perfectly legal.

Not sure corporations should pay taxes to begin with.
"Corporate Income Taxes" are not only farcical in implementation but also downright misleading.
Corporations cannot pay taxes. Only people can pay taxes.
"Taxes" on corporations are borne by one of three groups, shareholders (through lower distributions), consumers (through higher prices), or employees (through lower wages).
Corporate taxes are nothing more than a slight of hand to make people think they aren't paying taxes when they are.
